T3 Provides Wirless Headset Solutions for NEW MTN Nigeria Network Management Centre (NMC) in Lagos, Nigeria

Today in Lagos, MTN Nigeria launched the first centralized Network Management Centre in Sub- Saharan Africa. This state of the art complex will give MTN complete visibility of its entire Nigerian Network from a single control centre. From here MTN will be able to manage everything from system failures to all its peripheral infrastructure across the country. With this development MTN has raised the stakes in Network management in the Telecoms space and is confident that this will translate into more improved customer service enabling MTN to further differentiate itself from its competitors in a fiercely competitive market space. The Centre would add value to MTN's customers by providing constant proactive maintenance of all key elements within MTN's Network. Additionally, the new facility would assist in the reduction of network outages and, ensure speedier airtime loads, improved voice quality and minimize delays in sms delivery.

Set Yourself Free With The New CS60

To help MTN achieve this - T3 Communications Ltd - as the official Plantronics Distributor for Nigeria- was able to recommend and supply the CS60 Wireless Headsets for the NMC operatives. The CS60 was chosen because of the fact that it provides wireless connection to the telephone system and gives the NMC operatives the ability to take calls hands-free and with added flexibility of mobility around the office, upto 50m from their desk, without dropping or putting a call on hold. The Network Management Centre Manager, Bolaji Olojede said " We are excited about our relationship with T3 communications Ltd. We were looking for a company that could understand our business and provide the right solutions and services for us. T3 has really taken its time to do exactly this with us. Something else that is very important to us is after sales support and service and T3 has been able to demonstrate to us that they are serious about this aspect too. They have provided our users with initial training and committed to support us over the coming weeks with appropriate training to ensure that our staff understand how to use and care for their headsets." Celestine Ononye, Chief Operating Officer T3 Communications, added - " Here at T3 we pride ourselves in providing unrivaled service to our customers. Our focus is to help our customers differentiate themselves in the market space- so whether we are supplying headset solutions or helping to design and deploy Call Centres (Customer Service Centres) - our focus is to ensure that the ultimate result for our customers is improved productivity and profitability. T3 is committed to developing this relationship with MTN".
